The NSPCS wanted to renovate the existing two level lobby and plan for a future expansion of the school. dp+partners provided an initial feasibility plan to determine where they can expand the administrative space and classroom area within the building envelope or roof top. It was concluded that the first phase would be the renovation of the lobbies to provide security and environmental concerns. Phase two will be the expansion of the admin/classrooms. dp+partners provided full a/e services and construction management services for the project.
